How to evolve Tradition towards the Modernity without obliterating his tracks, without betraying his roots?
Anuang’A, atypical and self taught dancer/choreographer(autodidact) is supported and inspired by the Maasai songs, ancestral memory, and vocal rhythmic power “essential motor” for his gesture.
An initiatory path with a will to take tradition to the future, the dancer research a way for the Maasaï dance to live fully its era.
Anuang’a feels the limit of the vertical energy in the Maasaï jump “cliche touristic” and at the same time evolves the Maasaï undulation gesture from the ancestral age in a amazing way.
For his third solo “Traditional Future”, loyal to the Moran, young warrior, village land as a symbolic roots, Anuang’a finds a deeper energy, and a more liberating expression.

Comment évoluer de la Tradition vers la Modernité sans effacer ses traces, sans trahir ses racines?
Le propos d’Anuang’a, danseur chorégraphe autodidacte et atypique, est soutenu et inspiré par les Chants Maasaïs, mémoire ancestrale et puissance rythmique, “moteur essentiel” pour sa gestuelle  .
Un parcours initiatique avec une volonté d’ouverture pour un Traditionnel en devenir, le danseur recherche un chemin pour que la danse Maasaï vive pleinement son époque.
Trop réductrice énergie verticale des sauts Maasaïs, clichés touristique, Anuang’a  tente de  faire évoluer “la vague”, gestuelle ondulatoire venue du fond des ages, avec une déconcertante habileté.
Pour son troisième Solo intitulé “Traditional Future”, fidèle au Moran, jeune  guerrier, et à la terre du Village, racines symboliques, Anuang’a recherche une énergie plus profonde, et une expression plus libératrice.
